Understanding Your Koala Nap Summary Screen In this video, we’ll walk you through the Koala Nap summary screen and explain what the results mean. You’ll learn how to: Read the graph, where each line represents a detected snore. Tall red lines = very loud snoring Short green lines = soft snoring Identify white circles showing when vibrations were triggered and pink squares indicating sound alerts played through earphones. Understand the blue sensitivity threshold line, which we’ll cover in detail in another video. We’ll also explain: The Snore Score, which measures total snoring with louder snores contributing more. The goal is to get as close to 0 as possible. The Sleep Score, showing how much quiet sleep you had. A score of 100 means no snoring at all—aim to be as close to 100 as you can. Plus, we’ll show you how to: Filter snoring by loudness to focus on specific data. Use the blue filter to see how Koala Nap reduces snoring below the sensitivity threshold. Now you can track your progress, see real improvements, and enjoy better sleep.
